Set in the lovely Lancashire seaside town of Lytham St Annes, our motorhome hardstanding is the perfect destination for a relaxing break or overnight stop. Whether you’re here to explore the wonderful Fylde Coast or just to wind down, St Annes has everything you’re looking for in a perfect holiday.  St Annes and Lytham are two separate towns three miles apart.  In 1922 the two towns amalgamated to become the Borough of Lytham St Annes.

Located just a short stroll from the sea front and town centre, Seaside Pitch is on Clifton Drive South, St Annes next door to a small private school.

Seaside Pitch is reserved for quiet, peaceful overnighting or short breaks and is ideal for couples or singles only.

Your pitch has its own fresh water supply and optional electric hook-up, there is also an Elsan waste water point for your porta-potti close by.   Included, is free WiFi.  We do not have toilet or shower facilities.  

Our standard rate is £20 per night all year round. Please note that during special local events, such as the Open Golf Tournament and the Lytham Festival, our rates will vary. Seaside Pitch is not a traditional campsite and does not come with all the facilities such a campsite offers. We are exclusively for motorhomes and motor campers only.

If you are after a place to stay and park up in Lytham St Annes and be within a short walk of the sea front, restaurants, bars, shopping etc.  If you are pretty much "self-contained" in your motor home or camper with your own washing facilities then we could be for you.  However, if you want full facilities on-site i.e. toilet blocks, showers, socialising, supermarket, pub, dining, pleasure park etc then we are not for you.

Motorhomes only - No caravans, tents, tent boxes etc.  

Vehicle Policy:  Any clean, tidy, and smart-looking motorhome or campervan! We just ask that your van is fully finished on the outside (no work vans or half-done projects, please).

Dogs:  By advance agreement, for one small, well-behaved dog.  We we have no area for you to exercise your dog but we are only a short distance from the beach and local parks.  We do not charge for dogs.
